We are seeking an analytical and business-minded professional to join our Controlling team. In this FP&A-focused role, you will support the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of our Digital Business Unit, working closely with international stakeholders and reporting directly to the Controlling Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and enhance monthly and quarterly management reports, including insights and recommendations.Perform variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and identify improvement opportunities.Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.Partner with management by providing decision-oriented analyses and presentations.Develop KPIs, dashboards, and FP&A tools to drive business performance.Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key value drivers.Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other international teams.
